  1. User Impacted: Interviewers, candidates, administrators
    Candidates are automatically invited to relevant jobs and internships based on their skills and eligibility via mail and whatsapp having match score greater than 70%. Recruiters can also proactively reach out to high-potential candidates using a compatibility score, ensuring faster and more accurate hiring.

    This feature is currently for Admins only.

  2. User Impacted: Recruiters , admins
    Recruiters can now create assessments directly from the recruiter portal or while setting up an opportunity, tailored to specific roles and skills. Users can bulk-add questions from the internal library based on skill , tags, enabling faster test creation.
    This update includes skill-based question mapping, the upload of 16,000+ questions to Unstop’s internal library, and enhancements to reports and score sheets for more insightful evaluation.

    Admins can now generate questions using AI by specifying custom prompts and difficulty levels. This feature also enables the creation of questions for new or niche skills that are not yet available in the existing library, ensuring comprehensive coverage across all roles and domains.

  4. Candidate Search Feature

    Candidates related location filter
    The candidate search feature allows filtering based on city, state, country, and even radius-based location search, enabling users to discover jobs and internships relevant to their preferred location.
    Recruiter related location filter
    Recruiters can apply similar location filters to shortlist applicants for a specific job or filter candidates in the talent pool, making it easier to identify and invite the most relevant talent based on geographic preferences.

    The proctoring feature is now integrated with a new AI model that has better detection capabilities. This new model is also less resource intensive on the user device. API design was changed to improve download time of AI model (which earlier used to take 20-30 seconds on fast internet too).
    On the interface front, all permission required by the user were consolidated on the same page for better user experience.

  8. New ACE Editor for Assessments

    This new ACE editor is lighter as well as faster on the user front. Earlier the Monaco editor took data in MBs to download which is now reduced to KBs. The option to switch editors would be present on the Assessment Settings.

  9. Newsletter Subscription Check
    User Impacted: All users
    Newsletter subscription checkbox while registration will be prompted based the visibility of the opportunity. This can be changed by Admins from the registration section of an opportunity. Also, the users added to assessments on recruiter portal would now be unsubscribed. The checkbox will only be prompted to the users who have their Email notification unchecked in the settings. Additionally, one can get the user information regarding evaluator/manager on Moengage as well.

  12. Face Capture/Unique face Verification - Festival level

    New Admin only Feature to Prevent Duplicate Registrations
    Admins can now choose to allow only one registration per candidate across all opportunities within a festival. This helps avoid duplicate entries and keeps festival participation streamlined.
    One candidate can only register in a single opportunity associated with a festival with their face verification being introduced on festival level.
